While there have been many mouse studies on the beneficial effects of NMN in raising NAD+ levels and mitigating age-related physiological decline in rodents it is only recently that human studies have been published that indicate that NMN may do the same for humans. A recent study on aged, healthy men from the University of Tokyo again shows that NMN can boost blood NAD+ levels and improves walking speed and grip strength in the studies subjects.
