About MyVitality

Stephen is a New Zealand born entrepreneur, husband and father of two teenagers.

After spending much of his career working in media in Auckland, Stephen became increasingly interested in the growing scientific research around ageing and cellular health.

His personal experience with NMN supplementation, combined with the difficulty of sourcing high-quality products locally, helped inspire the creation of MyVitality.

Stephen remains actively involved in researching new developments in longevity science and overseeing the development of MyVitality’s supplement range.

Joy was born in Fiji and has proudly called New Zealand home for more than thirty years.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Waikato and has been a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand for over 25 years, with finance roles in large organisations including the New Zealand Defence Force, where she worked as a Financial Advisor for the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Joy and Stephen decided to pursue their aspiration of creating a business together, one focused on wellbeing, quality and helping people live healthier lives.

The name MyVitality was born during that period, reflecting the simple but powerful goal of maintaining energy, strength and vitality as we age.
